To encourage student participation, students are eligible for a discounted registration fee of USD 250.00. To be entitled to the discounted rate, the student must be enrolled in a degree program at a college or university at the time of the Conference. Proof of enrolment must be provided in the form of a signed letter on official letterhead from the home Department Chair or equivalent, stating simply that the student is currently enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate program of that Department. (We are sorry, but postdocs are not eligible for the discounted rate) The letter must be received by the deadline date for registration. Students may email the letter as a pdf scan to

We are planning a field excursion to Nairobi National Parc on Friday 5 May 2023. The price will include entrance fee to the national parc, drive through the parc with 6 seater Safari mini van or Safari Land Cruiser including pick up and drop off ant the conference hotel and a pic nic box with sandwiches and soft drink.

After registering online your password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.
Please note:
Attention: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to 15 February 2023 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the Conference Booklet. Abstracts that have been previously accepted will be deleted from the scientific programme if the presenting author has not registered and paid by that date.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail. Cancellations received before 15 March 2023 will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of 40 USD. Thereafter refunds will not be available.
